2. Never use the bark control collar for any purpose not described in the manual. This device is intended for use of dogs and dogs only.
3. Never perform the set-up procedures while the collar is still being worn by the dog.
4. All bark control collars, when worn for extended periods of time, can cause a condition similar to bedsores. To reduce the risk, owners must do the following:
   • Supervise the dog during the first two days of training.
   • Examine the fit for excessive pressure. Owners should be able to insert one finger between the collar strap and the dog’s skin.
   • The collar should not be worn for more than 12 consecutive hours.
   • Check the dog’s neck daily for any signs of soreness or a rash.
   • Wash the probes of the collar and the dog’s neck weekly with a wash cloth and some mild hand soap. Be sure to rinse thoroughly.
   • If any problems persist for more than 24 hours, see the veterinarian.
5. Use the rubber insulators between the collar strap and probes to provide sufficient insulation in damp conditions.
6. The dog must not wear any other collar or metals tags, as they could interfere with proper operations or add pressure to the bark control collar.
7. Do not dismantle or attempt repair any parts, as doing so will void the warranty in full. The computerized circuitry can only be serviced by an authorized expert.
8. Realize that it is because dogs have unique temperaments, there is no way of knowing for sure just how the dog will react to the introduction. For the safety of the dog, initial training must be done in a controlled environment with the owner.
9. Do not rely solely on this product, if you are concern the dog could pose a threat to themselves or others. In situations where the dog shows signs of growling, snarling, or biting while using the collar, stop immediately. Aggression has many causes and it is suggested that owners consult a knowledgeable professional or an animal behaviorist who has experience with aggressive dogs.
10. It is rare, but sometimes a dog cannot be trained to respond to a bark control collar. Even a properly well trained dog may disobey a command. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that the system will in all cases keep the customer’s dog from disobeying commands. We care. Call us first.

Invisible Technologies, Inc., warrants to the original retail purchaser, that Innotek brand products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase. This Limited Warranty excludes: accidental damage due to dog chews; lightning damage where an INNOTEK lightning protection component is not in use (in-ground pet fencing systems); or neglect, alteration and misuse.
