we bought this device to attempt to curb my min pin's excessive barking. she would bark nearly uncontrollably whenever one of us came home or left/returned to a room. i actually had doubts that it would work as advertised. however within ONE use Lily was trained. now when she gets a little out of hand all we have to say is 'box' and she quiets down almost immediately. we don't even keep the battery in the device as we prefer her to be a watchdog when we're at work. AN ABSOLUTE MIRACLE. my only suggestion would be an on/off switch. WOULD UNCONDITIONALLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY SMALL DOG OWNERS. JUST A GEM OF A PRODUCT.
